yoga: - both free and structured movement blended with moments of stillness and inquisitive awareness; a breath-infused meditation in motion with attention to what is in and around us. Remembering that we are connected with each other and this world around us.
nature: - being present in the world around us, connecting to the planet and discovering our inner wild creative souls. Remembering who and what we truly are and what we are capable of.
magic: - the ability to shift our energy. Through yoga, nature and meditation we can experience profound shifts in our state of being. Through these portals we can drop into a clearer, lighter, grounded and more centred feeling and being.
I've had my fair share of disconnection from all of the above and continuously attempt to plug back into these practices in some way every day.
I keep learning, questioning and evolving my practices, traveling and learning from some incredible teachers as well as just exploring on my mat, and offering what I learn from that.
