I am in love with movement and meditation, and I am an advocate for listening to our bodies, communing with nature, and fully expressing our souls creatively.


I've had my fair share of disconnection from all of the above and continuously attempt to plug back into these practices in some way every day. 

I share what I discover with curious folk who wish to join me in classes, courses, workshops and retreats - both online and in person.

Yoga for me is a both free and structured movement blended with moments of stillness and inquisitive awareness; it is a breath-infused meditation in motion with attention to what is in and around us.  

I keep learning, questioning and evolving my practices, traveling and learning from some incredible teachers as well as just exploring on my mat, and offering what I learn from that.
