The goddess is not some crazy idol worship outside of ourselves, her energy is a part of all of us. When we have a healthy goddess energy then we become a channel of great power, wisdom, creativity and truth. It may be a weird practice but it is also wonderful.
If I contemplate the gifts of the feathers, I have a sense that being with Spirit, in the deepest way, is being wide-open and spacious. No thought no purpose no needs. No nothing. Wide open.

There was that magic moment when I discovered yoga philosophy and understood that there is more to my world than just my thoughts, I became more ‘aware’ of what is real, I practiced gratitude, talked to friends, became more open (I am trying here!) and meditated. BINGO. So now I fuse the creativity and the yoga in my life to find that sacred balance of being and doing.
