Join Bridget Luff for a yoga, meditation & movement workshop where we explore what it means to be strong and sensitive simultaneously. Being both profoundly sensitive and deeply strong might look different to the conventional idea of strength, but it feels more integrated and natural. In our society sensitivity has been viewed as a weakness but when harnessed healthily it can be a super powerful tool in everyday life.
In this workshop we shall flow, breathe, move, meditate with a heightened awareness, fine-tuning our sensory experience and moving from the physical, mental and emotional to energetic layers of our body-mind. Together we shall tap into a more vulnerable and raw power, from deep within and radiating out into the world.
Open to all levels except complete beginners to yoga.
