Maintaining a Beginner’s Mind can open up new pathways on your yoga journey and can help you find more grace, ease and flow in your body. Come to peel away old stories, question the dogma and fully open up to the unique you-ness of you and all that you can do!
Open to anyone who is curious to investigate further into the practice of yoga, movement and meditation. Options will be given, any ‘level’ welcome, but some previous experience with yoga is definitely recommended.
Note: This workshop won't be about doing 'advanced' poses but rather exploring an advanced attitude and subtle awareness - as long as you know the fundamental poses and principles of yoga then this workshop will be accessible for you.
