A mother is the care-giver, space-holder, creator and sustainer of life. Mother is ultimate creative force. To become a Mother does not necessarily require giving birth, it is the one who is able to hold space for herself and others…
I am currently writing a book, alongside Ana Muriel offering resources for mothers and women to uplift and sustain them. We ran courses and events from 2021 - 2022 creating a network called Our Wildflowers which inspired this work- follow us here to find out more.

the blue iris, it could be

pay attention, then patch
