I enjoy moving my body for moving’s sake. I’m not a professional athlete, acrobat or dancer and call myself ‘gracefully clumsy’ but I practice movement/yoga/embodiment to maintain some kind of equilibrium, because it feels right and good for me. I like to really learn about and then become aware of the body, to tune into flesh, bones and fascia.  I want to honour and celebrate what is real, the present moment, to pay attention to the here and now. As I move I bow to the beauty that you/we are, and have a space to rest, digest, think and slip into a more settled mindset, to reframe and gain perspective. It’s messy and imperfectly magnificent as I/we explore what awareness is and does and marvel at the interior magic of our bodies. This is what I aim to share, for those who join me.
