About ME
An eternal student, I love exploring different forms of yoga, movement and meditation and learning how our amazing bodies (and world) works. After teaching yoga for over a decade I am now also offering Pilates, which helps me find a more centred strength. Art and nature inspire me and inform my philosophy, way of life and style of teaching. Being a mother encourages me to view the world with a child’s eyes and remain curious. I really enjoy working with humans and their bodies, guiding them into a deeper awareness of themselves.
