Movement Mentoring

I offer one-to-one ‘movement mentoring’ sessions in person or online - these are ideal for:

*finding a movement practice that works for your body - perfect if you are working with a specific injury or condition that needs to be taken into consideration, and if a general class doesn’t feel appropriate or comfortable for you.

*if you are wanting to work on something specific in your body/practice and feel I may be able to support you. Especially if you do classes regularly and are uncertain about certain aspects of the practice/have questions or confusions you’d like to explore.

*if you are wanting to develop a self practice

During sessions we will do yoga and/or Pilates (I usually blend the two), we can meet online or in person (in a studio in east Oxford) and discuss your needs and then move together, creating a tailored sequence for you to repeat on your own (and adapt accordingly). You may like to do this as a once-off, regularly or every now and then to update your sequence.

**I also offer occasional mentoring to new yoga teachers/movement facilitators who are needing support in their teaching or training - please contact me about this to discuss if it would be of benefit to you.
